Peace has been reached in the Amsterdam accords.

The articles of the peace of Amsterdam are as follows:
1= The FNA and Michquelask will each pay 2 economy levels to a total of 4 economy levels to Pheonicia.
2= France will enter the Vanguard and become a Pheonician Vassal.
3= Germany will remain independent but surrender Hanover and pommern regions to the newly created Denmark.
4= Denmark will be granted independence and control of Hannover/Pommern and south Sweden they formerly controlled.
5= Denmark will be granted control of all former French and Dutch colonies.
6= The Netherlands will be re-created as and independent state.
7= Germany will be allowed independence.
8= France will surrender the Guyenne/Pyrenees/Provence regions of south France to Pheonicia.
9= Helvetia/Switzerland will be surrendered to Sicily.
10= Sweden will be allowed its independence.

God is asked to consult finmaster for details of borders and settlements.

FNA has signed the Amsterdam treaty, and we strongly suggest all other allies to agree with the terms of it as well.

Siam was almost unified, only the pesterous Dai Vet was remaining to be conquered and then the Siamese would be unified. Consul Dani Jak Han authorized the invasion of Dai Vet to finish off the Siamese Civil War. General Ho Kan Kim, a brilliant man of Korean parentage was to lead the attack with three prongs moving into each part of Dai Vet.

The Old Vanguard Alliance=
Used to be a complete alliance basically operating as a single state entity.
Vanguard High Command was the most prominent and capable Army leader and Navy leader selected from all nations. Also on the High Command was the King of Sicily, the Empress of the Bantu, and the High King of Pheonicia.
The armed forces of all the member states operated as one unified army and navy.
The economies of the Vanguard states were pulled into a united econome maintained from Alexandria.

The New Vanguard Alliance=
The New Vanguard Alliance will be open to any nation who wishes to join.
As a stipulation for entry however no nation within the Vanguard will be allowed to hold another nation as a Vassal; also atrocities against non state religions and peoples by any member or applicant will not be allowed.
The NVA(New Vanguard Alliance) is an alliance of Mutual Protection for all members; it is also a free trade alliance.
All members upon entry into the Alliance will donate one economy level to the Vanguard Trade Fund(VTF) - a fund which will pay for all trade routes which will be formed between all members; also every member nation will donate 100 soldiers and a tiny size navy to the Vanguard Protection Force(VPF) which will act as a Defensive/Peacekeeping force for all Vanguard members.
This force will be controlled by the mod(Azale) and so will the VTF.

Diplomacy of the Twin Kingdoms=
To: The Pheonician Vassals

Our last act as your soveriegn and parent state is to admit you all into the New Vanguard Alliance; Phoenicia and yourselves will each meet the requirements of entry into the alliance.
Once you have dispatched the requirements we will release you from Vassalage and enter the NVA with you as equals.

To: Greece and Macedon Rebels

We would like to invite the leaders of both your nations to Sidon to resolve this conflict.

To: All Old Vanguard Members except the Xhosa

You are all welcome and indeed encouraged to enter the NVA.

The Twin Kingdoms is enacting economic sanctions upon you for your attacks against your own allies and and the betrayal of the old Vanguard.
We will ask the New Vanguard to endorse our sanctions and enact some of their own.

Orders=
-Dissolve the Old Vanguard
-Create the New Vanguard as detailed about
-Submit membership requirements to the NVA
-Have Vassals also enter the NVA and submit membership requirements
-Release Vassals
-Recieve economic payment from FNA/Michquelask
-Enact the Treaty of Amsterdam
-Submit an extra economy level to the Vanguard Trade Fund
-Begn rebuilding the Nation

ya... but he himself said its over, so...
dammit i shoulda just quit when i threatened to last turn! it was only one extra turn!
