Steam download slow as hell

Anyone else having problems with steam right now? I have a 20mbps connection, tried download something else a couple of mins ago, got almost full speed, but speed is not passing the 200kbps mark and is consistently dropping to 0. Is it just me or is someone else having problems?

Never gotten better speeds out of Steam than you are. It is most likely on Steams side that the slow download comes from.

i got on average 800kbps, which is not bad....completed download in 20 minutes

I bought the box and installed in 9 minutes.
