Hey folks,

You know, everyone knows me as JValdezToo....but lately, I seem to see all these cool handles that everyone has...maybe I should get one....like Rocketmelon, CivSlicer, or SwordPuppy...you know something that...I'm terrible with names...

Any good ideas?

Unfortunately, some of my favorites are already taken

Only thing is that changing over might be a bit of work...hmmm....

You only have to PM TF if you want to change your name but it will not make you popular with him . He can't afford to spend all his time changing picky users' titles for them so everyone only ever gets one chance and that's it!
On the other hand, I have no decent ideas. Which is why I'm stuck with the stupid title I've got .

Yes TF is very busy, and this is also something I also thought about...think of all the mods and scenarios I have that have my JValdezToo name on them already...that might get confusing. Maybe, I'm just better off as JValdezToo after all...

Which is ok...but when it comes to scenario creation...hmmm...I suppose I will just have to rely blood, sweat and tears...

You know you could actually put little ads in that profile thing and no one would even notice! Wait, then why do it?



At least you don't have a bunch of windows that open up, when you click on reply in the forums, and 3 billion ads for viagra pop up.

You know the dropped vowel in my name was actually an accident but i think it look sort of cool. And insurgent i think i will join you in brown nosing Thunderfall, his name does sound cool.

Another point what about all those cool names that have been used up by people who registered ages ago but never visit the site perhaps they could be recycled??

You know the thing about people using up the good names and never coming back to the forums is something I had thought about before...

Maybe we should recycle these names...maybe they don't play civ anymore...arrrhhhhhhhhhhhhh...ahhhhhhhhhh....no that's unthinkable...but we could still recycle their names.

I think I would want to avoid a name similar to anyone that has been dismissed from the forum as well...that's something to think about...

hmm....Johnius Valdezius...that kinda does a sort of latinish ring to it...hehe

Some of Xeven's are quite good; Wind of War, Exodus, Lock Jaw, and also CivSlasher is good...

If we began cancelling accounts that are unused, then the member number displayed in http:/forums.civfanatics.com would fall significantly, I think. And we wouldn't want to seem smaller, so that the big evil menace of Apolyton absorbs us into its empire of evil?

Since registering, I've thought of several names I could have used. However, I'm well staisfied with mine
As for "Recycling" names, I don't think that would be a good idea. It would get too confusing. "Hmm, did this person come back from a very long break, or is he a newbie?" Besides, what if the person came back? I'm sure several people take long breaks from this thread (like me). Otherwise, look for MG3, MG4, MG5, MG6...

Major does have a good point...it also might be a bit embarrassing if someone thought they knew you and kept posting to your topics thinking you were someone else...hmmm...and there are a few members that are female...

Kobyashi, that is true...I would like a starship name...however, there are some starships that have names that some might not know as starships, like the Odyssey (destroyed by Gemhadar attack) or the Cairo (under the command of Capt. Maxwell).

Maybe I should try a Klingon ship...wait, what was USS Enterprise D's sister ship- the Amada? I like Hikari Utada better though.

I also did a bad thing yesternight- I failed to watch an episode of Enterprise I was busy playing the greatest game in the world

Maybe I could just put two cool names together, to make one cool name.
