It's been possible to run the worldbuilder since release via FireTuner.

Are you talking about the Civ5 worldbuilder? I'm not seeing one for Civ6 yet.

Does anyone know if we'll get a Civ 6 version of the Worldbuilder or is this hooping jumping that we have to do to get the Civ 5 worldbuilder to work going to be the way it is?
