In order to slow the pace of growth and research in the far half of the world, we would like to instigate warfare among as many of those civs as possible. Our city of Over There is located in the midst of those civs, so be mindful there is danger we may lose it (although there already is considerable danger it may flip). We propose to start a war with one or two civs (the Byzantines and the Persians have been nominated as potential victims) and sign MAs with as many allies against these civs as makes sense.
