Then it happened...
Gandhi diales us up and asks us to trade with him. I send him away empty handed though the deal would have been good for us. Why? Well, we don't want this to influence Caesars attitude towards us as he really likes us, but is annoyed with Gandhi...
After all, this wasn't a real desaster. But I promise, there will be one soon!
1897
I've skipped a year here cause what happened in this year simply let me forget what happened the year before. I was so struck, I can tell ya! Read on...
Yes, this is no desaster as well, at least not for us. We can build the Manhatten Project now and we will...
Karakorum is doing it for us and needs 18 turns. Thats ok as it turns out because we have to research Rocketry. So I decide to go for Artillery. Note that we could have Artillery from Caesar for Fission as well but I decided not to do it because we want not to sell it to Gandhi. Just cautious. What do you think?
Artillery is in in 6 turns.
Guess what happened now? Read on...

Yes, this is the desaster. We actually have an opportunity to win a diplomatic victory (ok, maybe the votes are not enough yet), but we mustn't! I looked this up in our variant rules! (yes I looked into them for the first time
)
Ok, but we can use this as an instrument that nothing can be done that we don't want to be done. All say "Thank you, Gandhi"!
1898
Cyrus comes forth to ask:
I thought a long while about it ... where the heck does Cyrus have so much money from? We remain at war with him...
End of tale
Ok, that pretty much was it. Just two things left...
Please, don't forget to decide what to do with this guy:
And note how much our time has run up so far:
Having told you the whole story now, I can finally go to bed.
Wait ... not before I left you the save:
Kanga_DU, you're up in Mongolia!
