Strange Brew PBEM

@Rocinante. I have been playing the game based on those rules and see no need to change them. One question that I asked earlier that didn't get dealt with is Espionage. With Espionage you have sabotage and stealing knowledge. Will these be considered as an attack inside another civs. borders.

Good question, I admit to knowing nothing about espionage. You found me out--I was hoping to use this game to learn about espionage. Espionage never put anyone out of a game and so is allowed. The intent is get everyone to the end.

Actually, I thought you were gone. I'm in other games with civaddict and Rocky and that game is going good. I just figured you were away. I just resent you the last turn I had in case you never got it.
