no AIs
8 city limit--unlimited # of colonies
cannot attack inside opposition borders (everyone stays in game til the end)
anything outside borders is open to attack/pillage
spaceship or histograph victory only

I sent the move to Silverhead but never got a confirmation. I sent a PM and also tried to e-mail him through this site but he doesn't allow e-mails. It's a long weekend here in Canada so I was hoping he was just away. I notice he has another thread he is not responding to.
If you decide to restart I'll go along with it. I've been following some of the threads and there seems to be a problem keeping the game going. It's got to be frustrating

Here are the three options as I see it.
1. Play the game as is, but the game host needs to retire the civ of the person that is holding the game up. If we do that, then GreyBeard needs to send the save to Rocky, he can use the admin password to retire the civ, then send the save to the next guy.
2. Start over in conquests but that will exclude some people.
3. Same as option 1. However, when feiyun does buy conquests I believe we can upgrade the current game to conquests. And if we can't, oh well, at least we are keeping this game going.

Silverhead's Aztecs are now retired. I named the save PTW-SB001 so I would't forget it is in PTW (it opens up fine in C3C, btw).
Silverhead didn't have any bonus tiles around either, but I hear that Dogboy has enough for all of us.

I can't remember what my start looked like, but I don't think there were too many bonus tiles. What I do remember is having something like 4 cows though! I will post a screenshot when I get the save again.
