Strange Video Problem

When I load CivilizationIV.exe half of the screen is blocked by a distorted to blank video screen, I believe it has something to do with SLI. If I put the game in windowed mode it does not occur. If anything is needed, such as system specifications or DxDiag.txt then please ask. Thank you.

There is a new driver on the nvidia homepage, but don't get that one instead get the beta driver. The certified one causes black screens. See if the new beta clears it up. What card is it??
