i'm now going to sign a peace treaty with the indians.
if they expand i'll capture their new cities.(so i can demand tributes all the time.)

I wouldn't move my palace but do you have a Forbidden Palace yet? Although broken some in C3C it will still help nearby cities grow in size and
culture . Marketplaces are very valuable , though you probably
don't want them in all cities. You probably don't want have your
newly acquired cities on wealth at this point either, they should be building
something.

i contacted india and i founded out that they had founded new delhi.so i demanded new delhi and they didn't give it to me.so i declared war on them and i captured pune.

Just so you know, I don't think the AI ever ever gives up cities outside of a peace treaty.

I'm tempted to respond to this post, yet can't think of much to say.

The point was, I thought that your earlier post was wierd and you'd have been better off just asking. It wasn't intended to seem up-tight

On occasion, the AI will give up cities, if you demand the right one. Most of the time they will not, though.

1:there are 2 luxuries on my continent.
i'm building lots of city imps to my old continent.
3:maybe diplo or SS but i'm sure it's not gonna be culture.
