Strategy Guide

Has anyone managed to get the Strategy Guide on the web yet?

I ordered the Stategy Guide direct from Bradygames.com and received it two weeks ago...oddly enough, not nearly as helpful as the guide to Civ III was. Difference being...due to the much more fluid nature of Civ IV, it's no longer viable to have a "one-size-fits-all" shopping list of which tech to research next.

A guide seems a bit pointless for a game like this... every game is different; you have to be able to adjust to the conditions. Not to mention that it's gonna change a bit every time it gets patched. On this forum we have different strategy from hundred of people for free anyway.
