Germany started to seriously aquire colonies 1884. It was part of Kaiser Willhelm II`s strategy to secure A Place in the Sun(the title of this Nes btw ). So therefor I don´t know if Germany had that many colonies in 1885.

About Austria, Im sorry, I just realized that in 1885 Austria was at war, and so the numbers I got from Research included the reserves that were mobilized for war. I will decrease the number.
On colonies: In 1885 there were many colonial outposts in Africa and other places, but actually cities that could be considered colonies were rare. So I put in just the colonies that were more developed, the rest you get to colonize yourself. Something for the big countries to spend eco on, so the little countries can catch up.
On Different Ships: Like I said in the rules, they are there, but in 1885, all the ships are basically the same, Ironclads, and when I was doing the stats at 3am last night, I did not put the name in, will be fixed when anyone gets new ships.
