OOC: Sheep, I dont know why Manchuria is rebelling because it was originally its own nation called Manchu which was conquered by China, and im assuming in this NES later liberated by Japan.
So why the Manchurians would want to join their conquerors is beyond me.

Once a nation divided by internal strife and civil wars between the feudal states of Nippon, was unified by the current Emperors' anscestor, through shrewd diplomatic efforts by portraying the Chinese who had recently conquered Nippons oft ally, Manchu, as a very real threat.
United in war, later became united in peace when the Emperor pushed his complete control over the newly formed Empire of Nippon.
Now his descendants have to deal with a rebellion within the people whom they had liberated. Those people wished Manchuria to be a part of China, the Emperor suspected that the Chinese were behind this subversion attempt. And he would not tolerate it.

lsmw: In fact Manchuria, where the Manchus are from conquered China and are at the moment ruling China. The Chinese rebels are loyal to the Qing dynasty in the Empire. NB that the revolution has not occured yet in China.

The British will be able to attack from the south, as the Jappenes to from the north. This will throw the masses of the army of China off gaurd. What do you say? *SECRET*

We will sieze to you the provinces of TOR, ACB, and YUK. You may never have a navy consisting of more hten 3 fleets, or an army more then 1 million, but the Empire of Britain will defend most of you. You must pledge the defense of the British Oregon and the rest of British Canada. Shall you act accordingly for maybe ten years, the British Empire shall grant all of Canada indepedence.
