Stupid system hardware recognition

My PC:
-Intel Core i7 2600 3.40 Ghz
-4GB Ram
-Nvidia 9500GT 1GB DDR3 (not the best one, but still)
-Windows 7 Ultimate.
-Windows experience index gives me a 6.2 for 3D Business and Graphics Performance.

Still, I open the game after an OS reinstall and get this:

What the hell?!? What ARE the recommended specifications?

Ignore the error if possible - the game engine has not been updated to reflect the newer hardware configurations.

You can hide the message in the .ini file for BTS. Look for HideMinSpecWarning = 0 and change it to HideMinSpecWarning = 1
