Geforce 6800GT, Audigy 2 ZS, latest drivers - nothing worked until a did a BIOS update for my MOBO.
I have an NFORCE 4 board, from Foxconn. Latest 19 Oct 05 BIOS fixed me, so if you have this 939 socket mobo, get the file. Also, using latest Nforce drivers, 6.70 for mobo, 81.87 for vidcard. BUT, they did NOT help until the BIOS update.
NF4UK8AA-8EKRS is the mobo.
I think the BIOS tweaked memory timings, so that may be a start to fixing the stuttering for others...I am running 2 512MB at 400mhz, 1T dual channel.
