I use K-Lite codec pack (full) for starters, and there is one MKV file which won't auto-load subtitles. The rest of them all have the ffdshow audio, video decoder and directvobsub tray icons while that one file doesn't have the ffdshow video decoder icon when playing. How do I get that icon to display for that file?
