Suggest a new leader for Civ 6

I know that the real list is different, but my suggestions would be:

Spain- Felipe II
Frace- Louis XIV
The Netherlands- Wilhelmina
Poland- Stephen Báthory
China- Cixi
Japan- Hideki Tojo
Morocco- Yusuf ibn Tashfin
Arabia- Al-Walid I
United States- Franklin D. Roosevelt
India- Ashoka
Denmark- Cnut
Carthage- Hannibal
Venice- Andrea Gritti

Cross-posting from the "Who should be the leader of Spain?" thread, I give you my favourite leader underdog candidate, Charles III of Spain:

Major archievements of his reign:

- Granted and expanded rights for traditionally opressed minorities such as gypsies and indians
- Directly supported the US against the British in their war for independence, having a role equal or even bigger as the one that France carried out
- Initiated the first mass vaccination campaign in the American continent
- Leaded and organized dozens of scientific expeditions, preserving much of the botanical and medicinal knowledge of native American Civilizations and creating the most extensive nautical chart compendium of its age, surpassing even the Royal Navy
- Funded several scientific institutions both in Spain and the Indies
- Went into massive urbanizaztion / sanitation / modernization projects in Madrid and the main capital cities of the Spanish empire

Fun fact bonus: French revolutionaries stated that, would the French king have been an enlightened monarch like his relative Charles, they wouldn't have initiated a revolution in the first place

None of these are Civs that have already appeared.

I simply suggested possible first time Civs who could get some mention in an expansion pack. I understand that Cuba(Castro) might be a bit controversial. But Castro is the perfect type of Civ leader. Plenty of character and charisma. And outlasted 10 US Presidents. Not to mention attempts on his life by Kennedy.

Argentina like Cuba may be a bit too recent. But Eva Peron is quite an insprational type leader even to this day. She would be a popular leader among Civ players.

Colombia has been independent since early 19th Century. Simon Bolivar would be the ideal leader. The para military as a unique unit.

Mexico strangely has been overlooked. Benito Juarez is the inspiration for the Cinco de Mayo holiday. And the commanchero would make an exciting unique unit.

Israel, Canada, and the Phillipines should also get some mention for an expansion pack.

Georgia: Jimmy Carter

I do recommend 2 emperors to represent China: Cao Cao (Wei Wu Di) of Three Kingdom era and Kangxi (Qing Sheng Zu) of Qing Dynasty.

Cao Cao is a great military strategist, powerful statesman, and brilliant poet. In such chaos era in Chinese history, he grew from a small Captain of the Cavalry to finally prime minister of Han Dynasty and built a solid foundation to a reunification of China.

Kangxi is an emperor with the longest regime time in Chinese history, who ruled the largest territory effectively, protect the unification of China, studied much western science and technology and created a long golden age around the 17th century.

Well personally Taizong is good to me, also Chinese always think that he is the best emperor ever, but we already have Wu Zetian as the representative of Tang Dynasty.

As for Yang Jian of Sui Dynasty and Zhu Di of Ming Dynasty, Chinese people just don't consider them as tier 1 emperors, although they did contribute a lot.

Yohl Ik'nal for the Mayans

Naresuan for Siam

In this episode, WARRIOR QUEENS:

Queen Zenobia for Palmyra. She will get a trade bonus of some sort, and also a unique unit of either the clibanarii (cataphract of the East, heavily armored), or the Ala I Ulpia dromedariorum Palmyrenorum (camel cavalry). Her agenda could be quite intriguing and she definitely had a big personality. Curiously she also claimed descent from Dido and Cleopatra. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zenobia (for a more thorough, and expletive-filled history with some good photos, go to http://www.badassoftheweek.com/index.cgi?id=258580412460 ) It is worth noting that Catherine the Great compared herself to Zenobia, and her court to that of Palmyra. http://www.ancient.eu/zenobia/

Lady Six Sky as Queen of the Mayans. Easily the most impressive Mayan female ruler in history, noted for a portrayal where she is stepping on a vanquished enemy. http://mesoweb.com/encyc/index.asp?...ewexact&view=normal&word=Sky&wordAND=Lady+Six

Dihya/Kahina for the Berbers as a religious and military leader. Maybe her cities gain minor immunity to non-native religious influence while she is at war. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dihya_(Berber_Queen) her unique unit could be an Austur camel cavalry of some type, or, for more realism, the famous Berber light cavalry.

Queen Seondeok for Korea. Preferably not modeled on the drama actress. She should have the giant Hwangnyeongsa Pagoda (the Korean wonder of Age of Empires II) as her backdrop. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queen_Seondeok_of_Silla

Her unique unit could be the Hwarang, cavalry archers who were basically learned Knights. Basically they could generate culture or science while also being military units. It might synergize well with a culture/science bonus for Seondeok, who was known for her devotion to Buddhism and her creation of the earliest surviving observatory in the world (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheomseongdae)
