To make it easier to find a particular save when submitting a game, just name the leader after the desired victory condition, including the map size, and difficulty level.
For example:
that name is for an intended Small, Monarch Histographic game. Then when you save the game, the name of the map size, difficulty level, and some clue about the desired victory condition will appear at the front part of the save file.
Of course if you have some clever, interesting, or delightful name instead, you remain free to use that. However, the above nomenclature will make it clearer to remember details about the game from the saves. It also makes the names of save files more unique than having multiple file names where the leader has the same name, and then later discovering that, for example, Spoonwood 430 BC is not from the same game as Spoonwood 410 BC.
If you intend to play multiple maps, instead of something like "Small Emp TwentyK" names like "Large Deity TwentyK First" (which might be too long), with ordinal names to differntiate from the numerical names for 100k type and 20k victory attempts.
