i would get it, but i am near Austria and i want to go for France, so i ended up picking a province near France and didn't even think about Aachen.
btw now i can't remember exacly where Aachen is... that lower province in the East that borders both with me at West and Austria at South?
but in fact my borders are ugly, i will pick that province anyway.

4 of your claims that border with the HRE are in my SOI, if you take it don't expect good things from the citizens from the HRE. if you try to claim anything that belongs by birth to the Empire there won't be good relations, for sure.

if i we were terrorists we would just burn down every novgorod settlement near our lands not that it is a bad idea...
