National Goals will be PMed to each nation at the start of the game. It will be a list of 5 or so long-term goals that you can strive for if you wish. When accomplished you will be awarded a package of 50c and your stability will rise 20% for every goal. These won’t be easy, and may intertwine with other Player goals.

Since I have not received this, in addition to the lack of name-changing in the stats, I assume CHINA remains NPC or is now under Charles Li.

India points out that Chinese "peoples" march for conquest will end in the fields of Burma and is informing the Chinese "government" that a sufficient number of shackles has been prepared for the Chinese troops.
