And I've seen identical male twins with identical female twins there....

Actually I have a twin brother
Based on my experience, such situations never happen in RL , and characters of twins (know some other pairs) are actually diverse enough for someone to tell the difference with no effort

Being an identical twin myself, I think I wouldn't do it, although I think it would never happen in real life.
About 3 months ago, I started working at the same department my brother works at, and during the first month or so, a lot of cute chicks kept saying hi to me for no apparent reason. Of course they thought I was my brother. One of them was really cute and she even kissed me on the cheeks and hugged me everyday, and I never told her who I was
until one day she found out. She was pretty embarrassed and we barely ever see each other anymore 
.
So I guess, its better if you tell her upfront, I might be fun at first to pretend to be someone else, but then when the truth comes up, it isn't fun anymore.
