I tell her upfront that I'm not my brother.

But identical twins being so different? Tough to imagine...

In my experience, identical twins are generally no less different in personality than any two normal siblings despite having identical genetics. I know two pairs of identical twins fairly well, one from high school and one from college. In both pairs, there is an outgoing twin and an introverted twin, so I don't think the situation is as unlikely as you all seem to think.

Generally, twins, both identical and fraternal, tend to develop into one being dominant and the other being the follower, which might then reflect into one identical twin being extroverted and the other introverted.

I'm an identical twin, some consider me a triplet since we have an older brother who also looks like both of us, and though we look alike, we have vastly different personalities.

That alone will make the girl start wondering what the hell is going on if you weren't to tell the date you were the other twin.

If the girl was a random pickup who barely knew the other twin then anything could happen because she doesn't really know enough about either to really know who's who (if she ever knew the hot studly twin had a twin).



Also, most of us special birthday sharing brothers don't do stuff like that considering we share a special bond none of you do!
