Bought a Civ4 so as not to have to use Steam. I loaded the RI 3.4 to the game and it works as you can probably tell from all my questions here on the forum.
I have now attempted once again to use the SVN for RI 3.5. I got the new TortoiseSVN-1.12 and was able to apply the SVN checkout to my BTS game mods, HOWEVER, when I open/start the game it is RI 3.2 version. I did this twice (deleted the mod and reapplied the SVN) with the same results so again I am left muttering bad words.
Really really frustrating and hope some of you "in the know" can let me in on the secret.

I looked inside at the Documentation Folder with my file management program and it has the 3.5 RI Manual so maybe the game is 3.5 and the BUG info is incorrect.
Testing shows under the 3.2 shows it may in fact be the 3.5 but w/o an update to the verison number in BUG. Color me stupid or ignorant!!
