Switch 2 - Images and founder contentent problems

In the switch 2 version the problem of the additional contents of the founder edition has reappeared: they do not remain deactivated, every time the game is opened they reactivate.
Also some images of units and notifications are distorted or corrupted.

I bought the founder edition for switch. Then i bought switch 2 and the upgrade pack of civ 7. So i transfered the bonuses of the founder edition: the skins for palace and scout.
There was a problem on these skins that every time you deactivated, the next close-open of the game they reactivated automaticaly. Probably a bug that was resolved with a recent patch. But on switch 2 this bug appear again.

the listed problems are still there with patch 1.2.2.

I discovered that the problem of corrupted notification images only occurs in docked mode. However, I discovered a nasty bug that crashes the game: if you switch from docked to portable (or vice versa) with the game open but in standby, once you resume the game everything becomes silent and if you try to return to the main menu of the game, everything freezes

I reported the problems to support but they ask me for demonstration videos, which is not very feasible. I hope the developers read this post
