Switching on/off DLC content?

With the upcoming ancient wonder DLC, I wondered if there was a way to switch on/off certain DLCs? I might want o try those wonders, but am pretty certain I'll want to play most games in a "GOTM"-like way.

Haven't been much of an issue so far, as all DLC has been additional civs and/or scenarios, but the extra wonders could affect just about any game...

Probably.
You could manually pick civs so you don't get DLC ones, but I don't know about wonders.

Not that we know of, at least.

Maybe they'll add an option later in a patch, but at the moment DLC are always turned on.

You can always play hot seat with only 1 human player, so I guess that solves your problem?

It does, I guess. Not sure how that stacks up with a potential GOTM/HOF mod, but for now it'll do.

Still, if you can turn on/off DLC in MP setup, you should be able to do it in SP as well. Can't be that hard to implement?

This post contains instructions to remove DLC files. You can't do it in game and you may need to go offline to stop steam re-downloading them when you start the game.
