SYP Mod + Windows 7

I recently was forced to update my PC to Windows 7 (I had to buy a new pC)
I can install and run vanilla Civ3, but when I tried to load the DYP mod, I get and error stating that the bic file is not compatible with the game version.

Anyone seen this or have a work around?

Check the version on vanilla and see, if the patch level is 1.29f.
