System requirements and Windows

Hi.

I saw in another thread the system reqs, and someone said that it's very similar to the requirements of civ 5. I am playing civ 5 in windows xp, but I saw it's for vista/7.
Will my computer run the game? If not, will my laptop with windows 8 run the game?

If your laptop can run Civ 5, it probably can also run BE.

As for your desktop, there's no way to be sure. Maybe it can, maybe it can't; we'll only find out later. If I had to guess, it probably will be able to run it, but I'm not entirely sure because of those system reqs.
