T3 External Consulate - What peace conditions for the Dutch?

We will be making peace with the Dutch after we take all of their cities except Leiden and/or Delft (the DP will make that decision based on in-game events). This is likely to happen towards the end of Sunday’s turnchat, or early in the following turnchat. Our goals in the peace treaty are to obtain as much technology as possible. The Dutch currently know Monotheism, Republic, and Monarchy. We hope by the time we make peace they will also know Feudalism. In THIS DISCUSSION THREAD the consensus is to take the most valuable tech(s) that the Dutch will offer us.

We ask: When we negotiate peace with the Dutch should we take the most valuable tech(s) available to us (as well as anything else we can get)?

I voted other to say that when we make peace with the Dutch, we don't need monarchy since we headed for Republic. Should they not be willing to give us all their tech, we should choose Feudalism, Monothesism, and Republic in that order.

With the SGL rushed Great Library we don't need techs from them though peace. Better use that to get money, workers, cities etc. Techs come rolling in by themselves with the Great Library; and it's a lot of culture as well.
