Well.
After a discussion, we came to the conclusion that we do indeed want to build Sun Tzus Art Of War (hereafter refered to as Sunny Ts). The question that was raised was where.
We came up with a bunch of choices. Here are the top 4:

• Oxford
• Roosting Tree
• Regentham
• Camelot
• Other (aka: I don't like 'em. Send it back to discussion)
• Abstain (Family Guy's back!)

48 hours, YNA, Public. Choose one.

Note: there is no None option, as there was not significant support for not building Sunny Ts.

Personaly, I have no preferance to where this wonder is built since it's effects will be felt through out our empire regardless if we build it in a low production city or a high production city (So long as we have Isaac).

Of the choices, Regentham is the least productive, most corrupt city so I'd build Sun Tzu's there.
