Tacticon: Digital strategy event on Steam, September 22-26

Hooded Horse, the publisher of Old World and another range of strategy games, together with FireSquid, the developers of the 4X game "Great House Of Calderia", are organizing Tacticon, a digital strategy even on Steam, happening September 22-26.
This event will cover various presentations about strategy games, and will be featuring more than 100 different games, released and unreleased.
If you're interested in Humankind, Ozymandias, Great House of Calderia, Old World, or others, then you should follow this event.

And there is now a schedule for the TactiCon!
The program includes talks about strategy games and publishing. Among the participants will be Soren and Leyla Johnson, the former being the Civ3 and 4 lead designer, and they both worked together on Old World. Tim Bender from their publisher Hooded Horse will be participating in a talk about how to publish games. Other talks include the future of tactical games, and how to balance depth versus the decision making freedom of the players.
