Taking Pictures during Gameplay.

How the heck do you take a picture during gameplay?

"Print Screen" button... There are other ways too, I'm sure

Hit print screen. Minimize. Paste the picture into a paint program for editing and saving.

Well, I know about the Prt. Screen button, but I want to know where to find them at.

Like I said above. Print Screen just copies it into RAM. You need to go to a graphics program and paste it afterwards.

Print Screen "cuts" the screenshot and places it on the "clipboard". This is the same thing that happens if you "cut" a portion of text in a word processor.

Simply open your favorite graphics prgoram and "Paste" the image. The paste option is available in the "Edit" menu in the upper left hand corner of your screen.

What do you mean? Are you saying that you don't know where the "Print Scrn" is located on the keyboard? For the remainder of this post, I assume that you want to know what happen after you hit the "Print Scrn". Here it goes...after you hit the "Print Scrn", whatever image in the active window will be saved into a buffer in memory. Because it is in memory, it won't be saved any where on disk. You need to go to a graphic editor program, start a new image, and use the "paste" option to retrieve the your most recent screen shot. Now, you can save it under whatever filename (and file format) that you please.

actually it's a bitmap file.

after Prt-Scrn:

go to Desktop

click Start->Programs->Accessories->Paint (most basic graphic program)

Hold Ctrl and press V
Answer yes to question "Enlarge?"
Save as jpg.
Post it here if needed.

see the attachment thingy at the lower edge... press browse... and the find the file (image) preferrably .jpg and press open, then it will appear in the small textbox as a adress to the pic...
Then just post the message and the pic "should" be there...

Note that to attach an image, it must be in jpeg/jpg, gif, or png format. bmp's and pcx's won't work.

Also, if the image is very large (filesize), you are better off uploading it to the file server (click "Upload File" near the bottom of this page) and then link to it in your post using [ IMG ] tags.
