Hi, I'd like to be replaced, I miss turns every now and then and when I log in I don't have time for much more than log in to move units and switch builds.
So if anyone wants to replace me and it is alright with the other players it would be good. If not, I'll just continue trying to play.

I do not think anybody minds, I certainly do not mind at all you being replaced, it is understandable that RL sometimes get in the way of playing civ;-) And in your situation, when one is DoWed, playing may suddenly take more time that one planned to commit to it.
Of course, whoever takes over your civs has to respects existing commitments such as NAPs.
