I thought I'd join in on the tech icon making this month. It's really quick to do, so I'll probably participate in the future competitions as well.

I don't know if this icon is useful to anyone or not, but I couldn't really think of anything else to make an icon for. I tried to make the icon resemble some of the ancient era icons like Iron Working and Writing. I think the glow could be a tiny bit brighter, but it's close. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you . . . Fertility!

I like the way its done. It's in the style of the original game ones, but a lot more detail in it. Good work.

Useability....hmmmm.....Iduno maybe to bring in a great wonder that spawns units? amazons...?
 
Storm Grunt: just saw this one in a graphics thread and Boy oy Boy! if Kingpin did to, your lil gem would have been plucked from 'obscurity' and given its own show in the world famous Balancer Mod, Yes thats right, the home of the complete future era!!.:p (to all you haters! ;) )

.....and also some of the best aqua assault tanks around! :D

Edit: mybe I should abstain from voting this one. In case of another close call, I don't want acu's of its relation to a certain mod hurtin my vote and blemishing this baby's creds.
Really though, it looks like its gunna be tight down the line with Hinduism never looking so good and Fertility havin vote after vote. Good luck everyone, Thanks for your stamps.

OK the preview and zip has 2 techs in it but I'll enter the top one Advanced Recon because everything in that one was made by scratch in photoshop.

@Badkharma-there's no file attached to your post.

*Note: The correct procedure for entering the challenge is to post the file in the graphics modpack forum either in a new thread or in your own library. Make a gif preview. Post a reply in this thread with your entry and link to the file. This procedure makes it much easier on me and for people to find the file later......;)

I agree we have quite a battle brewing here with great icons being made by more people this month. :goodjob:
