Tech time bug?

Anyone know why this might be happening? Might it be BUG or BetterAI?

I've just finished learning Philosophy. I've gone into anarchy to swap to Pacifism, and following that the "What would you like to research" popup appeared. I was in anarchy, so pretty much all the durations were 1000+... except Divine Right, which I had 0 beakers towards, and which was listed as being 1 turn away. If I moused over, it said 0/1734 or whatever it actually is.

What the heck?

So what happened when you selected it? (please tell me you selected it right?) Funny bug though.
 
it's not really a bug.
It's because you divide the cost of a tech by your beaker output which is 0 while in anarchy.
To avoid this, there is 1 free beaker, so you get to see the current cost of each tech.

For the 1 turn of divine right, it's happening all the time in some MODs, like FFH. You won't get it in 1 turn, though ;).

Oh, I understand why the costs of all the other techs are equal to their beaker costs. That's perfectly normal. It's the single tech (always Divine Right, too, I ran through this event several times to see) being listed as 1 beaker that weirded me out.
 
Is there a way to take a saved game file and strip the mod specification from it? If so I'll try that out.

Do it the other way around, move all the files out of the mod folder so you're running an empty mod.
