Nope. Your deputy can post any polls he sees fit too, and they will be binding. When you pass control to a deputy, they gain full responsibilities and powers of the department. Just because you and your deputy disagree on an issue, doesn't mean you can leave us without a functioning science department for an entire week. You are welcome to PI donsig when you get back, but he would probably enjoy it...
