Term 3 Defense: Securing The Core

Majority shall rule on this: I say pop it. If chamnix is against (I can't really tell) then he cancels my vote. Any one else? It's ulitmately up to General_W, as the turnplayer. Also, any barbs that come will be a thorn in his behind if he's elected Defense Minister.

I’m not sure what I want either – I just thought I’d ask the question. Best choice would definitely be to have a settler pop it, but then we’d either have to leave the warrior there guarding it from KISS (wasting a warrior), or take the chance that KISS will pop it.

I think it is ultimately up to you as current Defense Minister. You can leave it up to a vote if you want, but you have the power to overrule the majority.

Unless there are voices against, my orders will stand undedited in the Instructions thread. I dont' feel we can afford to lose that warrior's mobility. I also don't really think having him staked out will deter KISS from popping it if they want it.

Obviously I'd rather a settler popped it, but we seem to be in a race with KISS settling-wise, so we may as well clear this one out, bring Butes back. Then we can start other Pandora operations in the core.

It's been popped.

Good news: No barbs! - we got a map!

Bad news: the map dosn't show anything we couldn't already see.

I will now quietly retire. This has been fun, but now I must get on to outfitting my estate.

Fellow Greeks, it has been a priviledge and a learning experience serving you this past term. I will now welcome the peace and quiet, and leave you in the most capable hands of my worthy successor General_W!
