3) I had this weird dream last night where I was exploring in real life, and then it turned into the conquests beta, and I met this really cool new civ on this archipelago island chain, so cuz I was the only one to be able to trade since only my crew and I were on ship (wasn't 100% civ), so I offered them 2 made up techs and 400 gold for 4 of their made up techs, and they got mad and declared war, but I think I told Octavian (who was faceless and voiceless since I don't actually know him) that I wanted to be ambassador, and then like, yeah I think the dream moved into something else.

3.1) So basically I want to be ambassador to any civ that shouldn't exist and promptly declares war like that.
