Also a note:

As of now.. I am going to be gone Aug. Friday the 12th - Aug. Sunday the 14th. Should be back in the afternoon...

I just downloaded the save. I'm going to take a look to see trades. I'll post what I found later tonight...

Need to keep in mind that if we go for philosophy next, we need to get two techs in front (b/c of the freebie), so we'll need to be ready with the polls...

The trades we are discussing (Iron Working, The Wheel) will give us the location of Iron and Horses. The location of these resources are a key factor in our next city location. I have therefore requested that the President schedule a special session to do the trades (if we decide to do them) so the we can use the location of the resources to plan our next city. The next Settler will be produced in 3 turns so it would be good to see where the resources are before then. I hope that you will be agreeable to this.

I agree with this...we need to get iron sooner or later....
