Centers. I will therefore appoint no less than Seven Military Staff Commissions
in the Japanatican Imperial Force from the MSAV.

I will establish the following positions, which are all important jobs.

MSAV can offer the following Staff positions, in which two warrants relocalization to Kagemusha, the Area 51 of Japanatica.

I recommend a worker maximum of 70 workers/gold expense, since a new government type as well as new security and upgrade needs may carry such a large burden. We need to expand, but balanced. We are now 1 worker away from this cap, otherwise, we will drown turnchats in worker moves.

I will seek to keep the military at 130 units during Term V.

Presently we have 92 military units as it stands, representing 62.33 of our total unit count. I want this to gradually increase to 75 %, also included reforms, since we need a modern Army, Navy and then Airforce.

We have a total garrison count of 40 Infantry.


We have 67 workers , and MSAV would like to set the maximum to 70 workers for gold upkeep reasons balancing military. This still gives us room for 3 new workers to be built.



Looking at the Present Navy Force Composition

We got 8 Galleons in the Admiralty Fleet (We need 2 more)

The navy will then have a total of 21 Vessels, which gives us a very moderate maneuvering room in our neighboring oceans as well as minimum security.

The land military will cover 110 units. As we presently hold 40 cities, and will expand this to 40 very soon with a new settler we have, we need a minimum garrison of 40 Infantry. This only leaves us a room of 60 military land units, which could be broken down to the following.

As you can see, I can account fairly for both our continental defense needs and for our external interests. The Imperial Expeditionary Forces job is a one mission only to seize a very critical objective or to save a minor nation, and to generate Great Leaders we can bring back for wonders.

The Marine Corps will initially only constitute of Drafted conscript Infantry in order to fill our Galleons (10 Galleons times 4 is 40, one conscript per City to be fair to all our Mayors and Governors in times of War). A Mobilization order will bring our unit count up from 130 to 200, with 40 Conscript Infantry, and 35 more units to be decided on from the army our navy (could be more Artillery, cavalry and veteran Infantry, or ironclads).

I sought to minimize expenses, take into account our need for workers, get a stable planning regime around doctrines for economic and military planning, and to give some room of flexibility in discussing the remaining 30 units in our
potential full war mobilization order.

We are short of 2 Galleons, and 19 Infantry in order to reach this target number, as well as the proposed reform for upgrades. With the Expeditionary Corps and the new navy, we may fight two small regional campaigns at once, if needed.
We are 11 units short of our target number requirement so I hope the governors will help to fill the holes in our ranks after the Zulu Gem War.

The Governor General wishes to apply for a staff possition in the Miliairy Departmen. I wish to be incharge of the quartermaster's corps and an armored division when we get motorized transportation .

Also, I would like to apply to command the troops within the province of Edo .

I would like to request that a seperate service not be set aside for the Air Force and Request that the jurisdiction of flying units be placed under my jurisdiction under the Special Branch Service (replacing the imperial commandoes) this would increase my ability in intellegence gatrhering with the control of these air forces and coorindinate and cooperate with ground commanders the future battle order and construction f the SBS in regards to both ground and air units will be soon submitted
