Although i belive we should rip russias heart out. I have started a disscussion about should we invade or just protect our mainland and wait for peace. I do belive the people will be in favor of a invasion, but i think you should still make some plans for our defense if the peaceloving people get there way, just a little map showing where you will put your ironclads, and a snazy title (might i sujest Operation:Murky Waters). We cant be seen to be biased.

Well since you made some posts in the FA:war with russia thread that say differently let me make this clear: If you don't I'll see you in court, consider this a threat

I prefer the word warning. What I really meant, was that the FA polls would decide the nature of war. MPPs and so on would impact that.

I also found that threat biassed, no threat has been forwarded towards Domestic for ignoring to poll the city settlement and no remedies were taken in the naming of the cities, even though the party admitted guilt and so on and so on. If you threaten me over something I am arguing in a political debate, I cannot have a freedom of speech.
I expect the Judiciary to withdraw the threat and apologize for using threats against a fellow colleague in the spirit of cooperation. I would also like to see parallel legal measures to be meted out to other officials who actually neglect their most fundamental duties. Notice how only FA and MSAV actually poll that settler, where CIA will simply remove him without a poll. I have seen enough negative bias from officials, and hope this will end so we can get treatment on equal basis.

First, I would say the following to any official, there is nothing personal about my comments here. Even though I have not been very active, I have been following along, and I find your comments about future conduct of the war with Russia very disconcerting.

I request that the matter of how to proceed with Russia be discussed and polled. I will file a CC if the WOTP on this matter is not determined the traditional way. This is not a war for you to pursue personally, but only as a representative of the people, seeking the advice and consent of the people on strategic goals at a minimum. Note that saying the people "rejected setting a doctrine" in the past is not a defense against not asking them what they want to do now. There is a big difference between stale data from the past and active participation now, by people who are now aware of the true situation.

Why are you so sour Dave, I posted a poll, neither CIA polled the settler, even forgot it, where I did not forget units. This has been discussed, and now I poll what came out of the discussion. Read the discussion, and you will see I added all options.
CC me? Of course this is personal and political, you do not like my style, which is fair enough, but anyways, I am quitting this demogame after this term, so no worries, you can now step up to former glory again. You should really look into the roles of FA and DA here Dave, and think things through.

1. There is no need for CCs at this point that I can see, although people can certainly file them. Their are dozens of polls and discussions going on about everything. If an intricate issue was missed, then I'm sure it has been over-shadowed by another, or just wasn't that important.

DS, the people have been foaming at the mouth to level some form of justice on the Russians for taking the resources we stole from them. There is no mystery there. Minister Provolution has been upfront about the intentions of the MSAV from the very begining, the people knew this and still proceeded towards war. A blind man could see it.

Provo, the CIA is not an official Department. YOU created it. If the head of a Department YOU created neglects his duty, IT'S YOUR FAULT. You can't bring charges against your own monster.

I believe the threats were from comments such as:

I will not even poll war objectives for next turnchat, due to the rejection of doctrine and cooperation with the military planning. In fact, military planning has been sabotaged from the outset by a select few, which has lead to this crisis. You wanted no doctrines discussed and polled Donsig, fine here it is.

I am sticking it to Russia, the Peaceniks Days are now over, we are beyond the war-polling part, and they rejected any doctrines for Atarashika.

The desired result was achieved though, as discussions and polls on the scope of the conflict are now up. I too see no reason for any actions over this as the People are involved in the discussions.

Yer right, Ek. I was confused by an earlier private discussion with sub-departments. CIA is domestic. I'm just pissed at the silly way this game has gone.


And Ravensfire, thank you for the quotes, but my feelings are based on provo's statements before those. He has tried to lead, although some feel it was misguided, his department the best he could and the people have been lathargic at best. Same old story. I understand where you're coming from, but I understand where Provo is coming from also.

Riiiight, I didn't poll anything that was presented. . Well let's see, I used a little common sense here, polling locations for the sake of polling them and stupidity doesn't really go over well. The only places left to settle is the arctic, and I'm sure no one wants to live there. I'll take responsibility for not getting us another corruption ridden crappily placed city.

Ravensfire, this was part of the opinions that lead me to rightfully see the criticism as biassed. This comment was on the use of the Tundra settler.
Colonization 1425 Thread. I was threatened for an action you feared I would not conduct, now, this is an action already conducted and confirmed in violation with the same principles for my war objective polling. Do I get a different treatment, yes. Is it a product of your society's "affirmative action" ? yes.
Is is a political campaign to minimize the work I do. Yes.

You and others are by disriminating in such a fashion conducive to reward insults, persecution and other areas compared to the work into this so-called on-line community. I know ministers are slaves to the people, at least in the
ideals of some here. But in George Orwells Animal Farm, everyone is equal, but some are more equal than others, and you do that to the treatment ministers receive. I know I am a roughneck, but when it comes to legalities, not political debate, I ask for parallel, equal, symmetic and identical rights.

You are free to deny me those. But then you have flagged your true colors, and this ethical veil hiding the principal righteousness behind abstain, private polling and diverse non-controversial acts on spaceship mandate and so on, you as everyone else has favorites and chosen adversaries.

This brings us back to legalities. Equality to the law is a very key principle.
I can live with losing the city naming issue, which was a sideshow, but continuously being put under siege prior to my involvement, seeing preemptive CC threats to get peoples way, and see that no CCs are threatened with or filed for parallel acts, make me wonder about our legal system. When you CC, you do it based on solid evidence, you are not using it a rhetorical tool to win a poor argument.

I also see a lot of hypocrisy here.

But to those wanted to wear me out, you have succeeded, congratulations.
