This isn't a bug, just incorrect name usage. The game refers to the Sumerian civilization as "Sumeria," rather than "Sumer." Sumeria is an incorrect name for the civilization. It uses this in the Civ Short Description field, as well as throughout the Civilopedia.
Also, minor nitpick: There is a spelling error in Boudica's description:
"In his absence Boudica's army wrecked (wreaked) havoc across the island" (5th paragraph). This is obviously far less important than the first issue.
