TETurkhan Test of Time (Map & Mod)

I like to give you all more details about the game being designed but I can't at the moment. All I can say is that it’s being done in the same spirit of Test of Time.

More details with be forthcoming as things progress…
I thank you for your promise of support and if the game turns out true to what I envision then you will all be in for a treat.

Wow! Cant wait TET (for 2.0). Sorry if I'm nosy, but the game youre working on, is it for a professional game developer (for retail-sale games)? If it is, I wish you good luck, but you probably wouldn't need it as youre already one of the best developers out there :) .
Au revoir

Welcome to Civfanatics, hope you enjoy posting here :)

Ups, I'm not so good at English...
Thank you for the welcome...:goodjob: :D

TE. I noticed that there is a LM terrain in the conquest editor, one for every kind of terrain. Maybe it could be uses as a high productive terrain. Let say in europe LM grassland tiles will give 4F 4S 2C and that in china or south america normal grassland just 2F 1S 1C. This way the problem that the bigger the better could be solved.
What you think?

Why not try to give each civ a third trait just for more divercity.
In C3C The forbiden palacae produces even more corruption but i've found that if you (in the editor) check the FP as reduces corruption as improvement, reduces corruption as Small wonder and mark all traits(the only one marked is religious) it really works. I am talking about a city from 25 wasted shields to none.

Adding a 3rd trait to each civ would reduce diversity.

Also, corruption is part of the game... it would be a shame to remove it. The game is so much easier the more cities one has; there needs to be corruption to balance it out. Larger empires are much harder to sustain.

I like the 3rd trait idea and the corruption is fixed with the latest patch.

oh.. i see what you mean... but i was talking about more uniqueness for each civ, for example seaf. comm. and exp. are all good for england while agr. exp and comm. are good for America and so on

Well that's true, but every civ on the list can fit into nearly all of those traits at some point in it's history. I think it's more important to make the civs as unique as possible to give the traits the feeling of being special.
