While playing as China, my science advisor told me that researching The Wheel would allow me to construct the Floating Gardens.
Not right, as the Floating Gardens can only be laid out by the Aztecs.
Note in the screenshot the economic advisor is talking about Beijing, while the science advisor is talking about the Floating Gardens:

This is of course just a minor mistake, not a bug. But hey, I only mean to help out making the game more perfect. If this is not the right place for posting this sort of thing, please let me know.
