Textures missing

I had a hard drive crash a few days ago, which necessitated reinstalling everything on my laptop (back up your files, people!). Upon starting CiV, however, the textures for flat land tiles were missing, leaving just a blank color. My graphics card is the exact same as before (Intel 3000), and the problem is independent of in-game video settings. Though on the plus side my games are loading much faster now.

I'm using the drivers from Dell.

So, I went to Dell's site and tried to find an HD 3000 driver, and it wasn't listed. I did find a link to a file on their site, dated 8/4/11, which claims to be the Intel HD 3000 driver. It's obviously very old.

I would actually suggest trying the Intel website and getting the current driver. It may or may not work. http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect/graphics

Doesn't work. "A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer."

Think I should try rolling back the driver and seeing if it'll let me install the update from Intel after?

Edit: THe driver I posted is 32-bit.

I checked back on the Dell site, seems there are two different n5050s, for whatever reason. So I did find the drivers there.

Fixed! And the game dropped me in a desert with 4 gold as well! This should be a good game...
