@Kyriakos Hell's Kitchen? It's actually not so bad, if you watch it to learn things about cooking that is. Ramsey will yell at you and mess with you to create a highly stressful work environment, to weed out those who can't deal with it. The winner gets to run one of his restaurants after all, he doesn't want someone in that position who can't deal with insanely high pressure and/or who knows how to burn water.

Mind you my favourite parts of the show are watching how things are prepared, not the yelling.
