I don't see why not, although a zebra pattern would be better. And nobody has that right now.

You're not too good at texturing though.
 
Well the patterns look pretty similar so I guess it doesn't matter. This is what I threw together for Cetshwayo. I used the Tupi LH with CFK's Xerxes skin (then recolored it obviously) and tried to make the jaw and head look like hair and a beard (although I didn't do a great job so far). What I'll probably do is remove the Zebra cloth because it looks a bit un-natural and I can't get the texturing right. There is another direction I can go in that looks a bit more like him. The real Cetshwayo appears to have been a bit chubbier than this, but I didn't want to make him look too similar to Shaka and I think it would work well as a generic leader too this way, well also its hard to make someone look fat.

I might switch out the Zebra skin with peter's fur-sash thing. Here's an image of Cetshwayo where he is wearing this:

If you are wondering why I keep jumping around on my LHs it is because I plan on release a bunch of them at the same time (I like editing the preview pictures in the OP with four at a time). So the plan for the next group is Dido, Cartimandua, Cethswayo and Maurits van Nassau.
 
Here's a preview of Dido, I am also trying to craft her into a generic female Mediterranean leader. This is for Phungus420, I couldn't deny him his due for two good reasons; his mod is awesome, and I can't deny a man with a screen-name like that!

So anyway, rather than use the old Dido's body (which was fine by me) I decided to build a new one out of Isabella's body, pencilgod did some great work with her on the Nefertiti LH, and I figured I could probably use that to my advantage. I made her a little skinnier (and fixed that "hunchback" issue Izzy had), and increased the size of her breasts (why not?) and gave her some accessories (armbands and a necklace). I'll get a texturized preview up soon.

Wow, yeah, that looks really good. Can't wait to see the finished product. Also are you going to upload your Barbarian Unit Set? Noticed them in the thread, and can't help but think they'd make a perfect ARTSTYLE_BARBARIAN addition to most mods.
 
Man, the way that LH is going, I would totally nail that! Seriously!
 
Thanks Phungus and Xyth. It is nearly finished, but I intend on doing a bit more work on her (particularly with "effects" and not to the actual model itself) and I was going to release her with a group of other LHs so it'll be a bit of time before she is finalized, I still have to do some texturing too (this texture was just for the preview), so there's still a ways to go on it. Anyway thanks for kind words.

It isn't really mine, I am going to make a few tweeks on it (because I am doing some things with the barbarians in my mod) but that isn't my set, I got them from different mods and I downloaded a few of them from the DB, so it is a compilation.

Being a furry, I know how true that is! :D You should see what people respond to an awesome drawing of a hot anthropomorphic specimen...
 
Alright everyone, she's all rigged up and should work in-game now, except I still have to attach her arms to her hands and then texture the hands (I hate working with hands/wrists :mad: ) which is why this preview image does not have her hands in it. I still have to work on her chest a bit, see where her top goes over her breasts, near her shoulders? I have to attach the "cloth" part (see where it sticks up?) to her body so there isn't open space there. I had a bit of trouble texturing her neck to her body, but I'll try to work on that a bit. My final plan, if you are interested (and I know Madman is at least), would be to put her in that tent BG that Ambrox made with the flickering candles, and then make it look a little dark and apply that effect of the fire-light that Sitting Bull has so it looks like you are alone with her in a dimly lit tent :eek: , I figure that would go well with the Human Capitulation mod. :goodjob:

What do you think? Praise is always great, but suggestions would be welcome.

EDIT: Oh yeah, I still have to texture her hair, so that it looks better.

I hope the Diplomacy Mod has a hot coffee component... Ach, nobody remembers that anymore.
 
Oh man, I totally forgot about that.

Yeah, no Hot Coffee in Diplomacy. You can vassalize her, but that is as close as you'll get...

...I just hope nobody "vassalizes" themselves when they play my mod. :p
