The post count system might work (which I hope it does) it might not. I was thinking of a list of words for the infractions. You would get infracted for saying something (PM, QT, IM, thread, ect.) like lynch instead of permab&.

I think, personally, its stupid to ban someone from the game for saying lynch instead of perma&, however, if its just for fun to give PC to the Mafia, nice touch

I think you should separate "Real" infractions (Such as spamming too much and other things that actually matter) and "Stupid" (Just for fun) infractions (Such as saying lynch instead of perma&) which doesn't get you kicked out but gives PC to mafia.
