Check in this log file, all of the errors are coming from a few DLC civs. Nubia, Ethopia, Macedonia, and Catherine de Medici.
After an indeterminate amount of time games with these civs will suddenly fail to load, whether players are using other mods or not.
These files are from two different computers, coming from the computer that failed to load the respective game.
Originally broke under a different version of the game, but still won't load under 1.0.10.15(548478)
