Altan, the first scouting Ottoman warrior toils his way to the top of a mountain to survey the future lands of the Ottoman Empire. From the coastline, stretching across the horizon, as far as the eye can see, an insect infested jungle turns to an endless expanse of desert. Altan knows his first scouting report will not be well received.
