What's the final ruling on replaying the game? We could disallow it as usual. We could allow 1 replay, which would enable those who have already played it to participate in the GOTM. We could allow unlimited replays, on the grounds that we won't be able to monitor it anyway.

I am definitely for allowing replays, because we are starting in the middle of someone else's game. I too lean towards 1 replay but we may as well allow as many as possible. Real time will prohibit too many replays.

Is the blue star going to be calculated using the standard pollution penalty, or the modified one?

Modified one all the way. It would be too difficult for the evaluators otherwise. Besides, the blue star would in all likelihood go to the people who clean up all pollution in which case it does not matter what the penalty is.
